 All our items are checked individually by hand before dispatch.

 If you should have any concerns after receiving your order - please contact us and we will

be happy to refund any monies, subject items being returned as detailed in our Returns Policy

 We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Craft Supplies, if not we pay for the return to us.

  Free Returns are available for 5 days from the day you received delivery. Applies to all products except Indent items.

 Money Back Guarantee

 In case you do not like anything you purchased from us, you can return your order or parts of your order for a full refund of the goods for 7 days following delivery, exception being for custom made or indent items.

 The only thing we ask for is that the goods are returned to us in a fully resalable and unused condition.

 Returns Procedure

 To make things easy for you we will to send you an email requesting collection details and a returns form and to arrange courier pickup from yourselves. We organise the collection for you and pay for the return delivery to our warehouse (applies to all products except special orders and indent items).
